Some gauges do not work in the 2D panels and the VC of FSX. They were designed for FS98. The gauge files in the gauge folder "L10E" are removed. The faulty gaguaes in the panel.cfg are // out or replaced if other FSX gauges are available.

The main-panel and sub-panel gauge command lines in panel.cfg are re-grouped (for a more rational placement).
The Panel.Modern main_dig.bmp file is modified for moving the ADF digital readout location.

INSTALLATION

Download and extract the files from "ael10vc1.zip" to a temporary directory. There you will find two files:

2) Earhart_L10E_VC_01.exe ... the upgrade program.

Using Windows Explorer, double-click on the filename

Earhart_L10E_VC_01.exe

and follow the onscreen instructions.

If you are not comfortable with auto-install files, direct the unzip of this file ti a temporary directory and then manually move the files.
